Any cancellation made 3 days before the arrival, will have a penalty
of 100% of the total amount.
For cancellations due to illnes, passenger must present a medical
certificate.
Only the passenger injured o ill will recieve a refund excepting the
companions. (There will be no refund in transfers or entries to the park).
Estancia Cristina will not make any refunds in the event of strike action,
stoppage actions or rescheduling of flights, no matter what the reasons.
Estancia Cristina may cancel and/or modify all or part of the excursiones
due to weather or operational reasons without implying total or partial
devolution of the money paid
Cancelation policies
Cancelation requested more than 31 days before the check-in date will not suffer penalty (only banking expenses will be charge if there are any).
Cancelation requested 30 days or less before the check-in date will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
The deposit will remain as credit if Guest would like to reschedule or will be refund in the same currency and amount that the deposit was paid.
Important: Estancia Cristina reserves the right to cancel and/or modify the entire or partial
tour due to bad weather conditions or operating reasons.
Cancellations due to weather conditions
If navigation from the Harbor to the Estancia is not possible: Transfers to the hotel will
be in charged of Estancia Cristina; however, lodging costs in El Calafate shall be paid by each
passenger since we shall proceed to reschedule the stay or refund the total amount already
paid by way of lodging.
If the passenger is at the Estancia and it is not possible to go back to Harbor / El
Calafate: Estancia Cristina will absorb all expenses for lodging and food at the Estancia.
However, expenses originated by charges / rescheduling of flights and lodging corresponding
to the remaining itinerary of the passenger shall not be responsibility of Estancia Cristina.
